How to Order
To place an order, simply add the product(s) you want to buy to your shopping cart
and proceed to the checkout. Detailed instructions will follow.
Online payment is made though PAY PAL
or if you would prefer to order by post please enclose cheque or Postal Order to:

Post & Package
Is charged at £4.50 per order to mainland UK and will require a signature on receipt.
All orders outside UK postage to be notified.
Delivery Timescales
All items are hand made to order in our Cornwall workshop and we will make every
effort to ensure a delivery time of 28 days from order,
however sometimes some processes can take longer than anticipated e.g.
Hallmarking. or the ordering of specialised requested stones.
In this event you will always be notified.
Returns & Refunds
In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your order, please
contact me within 2 days of receipt:
Full refund (excluding postage cost) will be given on goods returned in original
condition and in original packaging within 7 days.
Refunds cannot be given for bespoke (made to your own specifications) items.
Refunds cannot be given for used goods, or goods returned after the event they
were purchased for. For health reasons we hold a NO RETURN policy for EARRINGS
unless damaged/faulty on arrival
All returns will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
You are responsible for the return of the item. we recommend you use recorded or
special delivery as a refund cannot be given for any item not received.
In the event that, on delivery,your item is found to be damaged, please contact us
immediately so that return of the item can be arranged, a replacement / or refund
will then be sent.
